Prof. Jose Galvez*  will talk about the aficion in the Andes of Peru where there are 500 corridas a year.  Most notable it is Chota, Cajamarca.  We will hear and watch Peruvian traditions of the fiesta and how it relates to the lives and economy of its people.

*Jose Galvez is a Math Professor and has a Business Administration Degree in Human Resources
